These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, services, and website use. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
We are a beauty salon based in the United Kingdom offering nail, lash, brow, and beauty treatments.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct so we can confirm or update you about your booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment or rescheduling, and the full fee may still apply.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full.
Appointments that form part of a prepaid package may be deducted from the package instead of refunded.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment or in advance for certain treatments.
We accept the payment methods listed on our website or booking system.
Deposits may be required for certain treatments. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.
Some treatments require a patch test at least 24 to 48 hours beforehand.
If you do not attend a required patch test, we may refuse to carry out the treatment for your safety.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, reactions, or changes to your health before your appointment.
Clients must be 16 or over for most treatments.
Some treatments may have higher age requirements.
We reserve the right to request ID.
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotions and discounts cannot always be used together unless stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if:
It is unsafe to continue
You fail to disclose necessary medical information
You behave in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
We will always act with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions where medical information was not disclosed or patch tests were declined.
We are not liable for personal belongings brought into the salon.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
