Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee, as it is unlikely we can refill the slot at short notice.
